The restaurant of the hotel Mildiss opens its doors to all gourmands visiting Besse. In the kitchen, the team works with fresh, seasonal and local products. In each recipe, the fine palate will find the flavors of the Michelin-starred chef and best worker of France Gilles Reinhardt. Upon entry, the card announces the color, the bistronomy is on the menu: escalope of foie gras seared with Auvergne raspberries, snails with green butter.
